Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
Twi mixed with east coast DC and Seattle accent. American english with british enunciation (from Ghana), can play an african and jamaican accents, hella African american street play, and can even play a sistah from the hood once I relaxed the sultry voice, can also bring that surbaban white male accent and deliver it like a personal injury lawyer (like myself).
My Voice Experience
Limited but have hosted comedy, emcee club events, narrated a short photo documentary on Congo war (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vBNAlpfCMtg) and just decided to go this route with my voice so looking forward to doing many more.
My Training
I have JD and currently a licensed attorney in Seattle. Also earned a Bachelor of science degree in psychology. I have emceed live over microphones and clubs and live music events for over 15 years. No formal voice training but a unique and versatile, self-trained voice actor.
My Studio Equipment
I use my audio headset, mic, and my computer to work. However, also have access to numerous studios as I have worked with many musicians in the past - in studios in Seattle.
Additional Skills
I am a lawyer and thus have brought many different voices to the negotiations and jurors. I have also worked as a DJ and Emcee for years.
