1. Client first -- a client's needs always come ahead of all else. This attitude drives my commitment to do everything possible to ensure clients are satisfied and whenever possible, exceed their expectations.

2. Take direction -- getting the job done properly depends on listening carefully to what's expected. Then, taking direction, feedback and input to create an outstanding piece of work.

3. Be flexible -- most of the time clients know exactly what they want. But in those cases where it's not so clear, flexibilty is critical. It is important to bend and shape with a client's needs to get the right outcome.

Most recently, I completed comprehensive one-on-one training with a professional voice over coach and working voice talent. In addition, I receive regular feedback from professional voice coaches and working voice over talent.

I have undergraduate and graduate degrees in Communication and Sociology from Stanford University.
