Voice Description

Although I am currently a young adult (16 years old), my voice is loud, clear and extremely versatile. I am able to put a lot of emotion into my voice, and also keep it monotone and calm, but still keep the listener interested. I am able to variate the tone, volume, and amount of expression I put into my voice to suit the particular type of recording. I can also vary the "age" of my voice, ranging from sounding almost "child-like" to very mature and adult. I am North American, but I can speak with a British accent if needed. Also, I can pronounce several words in Italian.

My Voice Experience

Experience? Well, being a teenager, as you would imagine I have had a lot of experience speaking (mostly in class, when I'm not supposed to). I have not had too much experience with proffesional voice over jobs; however, I am currently the voice on the answering machine at the store I work at (The Framing Edge 905-828-1410). I have also acted in several school plays. I would love to gain more experience early in my career so that I can build new skills and perfect the ones I already have.

My Training

I have not had any formal training in voice overs, but have taken several classes in dramatic arts at my high school, and I also have taken several media arts and communication classes as well.

I have always been naturally extroverted; therefore, speaking has always been a passion. I pronounce my words cleary and smoothly and I am also a sales representative at the store I work at. I enjoy greeting customers, and selling items where I work. I also enjoy learning other languages, and am currently in the process of learning several foreign languages.
