My voice has always been described as "real". I can be very smooth and professional. I also do well with "character" work for commercials or narratives. I have plenty of "Mom" experience which comes through in my voice work. I also have a background in reviewing technical papers and have the ability to pronounce technical terms with ease. This has been done in the engineering genre, specifically electrical engineering.

My Voice Experience

I was selected as one of 10 finalists across the nation in the Search for the Next Progressive Talk Radio Star in October 2006! A honor to say the least. I did not win the contest but my voice was heard by thousands who voted for their favorite in the competition and I proved that people, at least the judges, liked what they heard!

My Training

I have done public speaking for years, starting in 1988.

My Sales background has lent itself to "on the job" training as far as being comfortable in a "speaking role".

I have trained with Dan Levine, producer. Dan specializes in training voice-over talent.

I have an event services business which puts me in front of individuals and groups very regularly. I can "work a room" when the need arises and can handle myself in any situation.

My college training was in the field of Information Technology. I quickly moved into the analyst mode after graduating and putting my education and personality to use!
