Low register, warm, professional, genuine, mom ...
My voice is clear and concise for narrations and technical reads, while at the same time, I have a warm tone that will ensure the listener's undivided attention.
I tend to have a lower register which also works for sexy commercials, but I can be playful and lighthearted for a project targeted toward a younger audience.
I can maintain a professional voice for workplace or online presentations, or I can provide a soothing voice that carries comfort and reliability for an audience requiring trustworthiness.

My Voice Experience
Back in 2000, one of my roles as a project manager in the e-Learning division of Harvard Business Publishing involved searching for voice talent for our online programs and then coordinating/facilitating recording sessions with a local recording studio. In so doing, I became intrigued by the idea of starting my own voiceover career.
Since then, I pursued a volunteer opportunity to become a certified reader for a non-profit organization known as Learning Ally. This company provides audiobooks for individuals with visual, perceptual, or other physical disabilities. My tenure as a volunteer at Learning Ally (about 2 years) proved to be a perfect platform from which to build my voiceover career.
After that, I took various voiceover workshops over the course of a couple of years while working for Harvard Business Publishing. By 2001, I expanded my role as a project manager to include voice acting in our various online management training programs. I played a variety of character roles and did several narrations within the programs.
Through AudioLink, a recording studio in Watertown, MA, I completed a two-month narration project for Houghton-Mifflin, a large educational publishing company. This was an interactive science project for students ranging from grades K-6.
Another project I did for AudioLink was for their client National Geographic/Hampton-Brown. This was a short story by Langston Hughes titled, "Thank You, Ma'am" in which I played the role of a large African American Woman, "Mrs. Louella Bates Washington Jones."
I have also done recordings for SkillSoft's training products, as well as for TrueBridge Financial Marketing in Boston.
There have been several small jobs in-between for clients of Audiolink, but most recently, I recorded a project for Intuition, in which I played a character in an e-Learning course for McKesson US Marketing.
