Voice Description

Generally my voice has a soft and subtle tone,however i can add a range of emotions to my voice, some people can change the tone of their voce and accent but others who know them well may be able to identify the person over a phonecall for example. However my voice is extremely versatile and i can change instantly from soft and professional for advertising and narating, to hyper and exciting for fun voice overs such as cartoon characters. I can do various celebrities, singers, some animal sounds.My speciality is accents, i can do just about every accent i hear. I originally have a London accent, but my American accent is extremely impressive and i can do most types of American accents e.g southern, new york, texas, western etc, i am most comfortable with an American accent, even more than most British accents! My Australian accent is also pretty impressive. My second language is Greek as i am of Greek Cypriot origin. I can do many types of Greek Dialects, Mainland well spoken greek (Athenian accent) and village style greek, my greek cypriot dialect is perfect especially for comedy sketches i can even age in voice!
I can speak the English language realistically in many european dialects such as Greek, Spanish, Italian, Bulgarian, Turkish. My Indian accent is really good too.

My Voice Experience

Unfortunatly i have had no professional exprerience...yet! But i am looking forward to hopefully being spotted! However,I have endless stories to tell on how i have spent evenings entertaining others with my many types of voices and accents!To be honest it has become a norm for me to talk in different accents especially the American its so natural to me know that i can fool any American. I have played innocent pranks on American and Australian substitute teachers who would talk to in an their accent for ages then when i finally spoke in my real accent they didnt believe me! Also i can impersonate an aunt of mine with a very distintive high pitch annoying voice sooo well that i even fooled her own daughter! Ive called several relatives on the phone and played sales people from all over the world to see if i could fool them and they fell for it every time they couldnt tell it was me! those are some of the interesting stories but i have many more. I stand out in crowds because my voice can be so characteristic yet sound so comfortable and natural in my adopted voice.

My Training

I never learned to do voice overs from anyone, i just hear someone and study their mouth movements and body movements to help me get in to the roll and pretty quick i can adopt their voice or some characteristics. As a child i was obsessed with being famous so id always speak in an american accent and always till now be praised on how natural it flows. Not that i think it helped me with anything because i have always been considered as a vocal comedian, but it may be interseting to know that i studdied Media GCSE and have an Alevel in Communications. ;)

Additional Skills

I would idealy love to narate a show on MTV such as the Fabulous Life Of... or something young and playful Cartoon voices are ideal for me i would love to do something like the Simpsons or Disney! I can sing a little if i have to too! think i'd be good for Radio and i would love to do a voice over in English to a European movie. Thanks ;)
