I have been told I have a wonderful phone voice, do well with greetings, and leave great messages. I currently work from home taking calls and placing orders. I have had several people comment on my pleasant phone voice , my ability to portray my mood through my voice, and am mistaken for a recording because I seemlessly read my scripts.

My Voice Experience

My experience consists of years of taking customer service calls in many different postions and environments.

My Training

I have not had any formal training for voice overs, however, by doing the job I am currently doing I had to learn to control my voice as I was reading a script so as not to sound dull and repetative. I gage my rate of speaking and the intake of air so I do not sound out of breath or struggling with the script I am reading.
