My Voice Experience

It was happenstance that I started using my voice as talent. We were in a meeting at work regarding finding a voice talent to read instructional information for a particular process. I just happened to pick up the paper and read and the whole room stopped and stared at me and unanimously agreed that I would be the instructional voice. Since then--2007-- I have been the voice of instructional trainings as well as phone messages for emergency and non-emergency situations at my job. I have also done phone messages for churches and small businesses.

My Training

I have a BS degree from Grambling State University in Louisiana. I fell into voice overs about 4 years ago at work and I absolutely LOVE it.

Additional Skills

I am in the training department at work where we have a lot of web based trainings. I have become the voice of those trainings and done voice overs for work for 4 years. I have also done phone messages for work, church and friends. I also read books to children using different character voices...I find that it keeps the kids entertained.
