My Voice Experience

Began acting in first grade in Jack and the Beanstalk. Was always singing and entertaining family and friends. Loved creating characters and voices.

First voiceover gig was volunteering as a news reader for the visually impaired in Atlanta which aired over a local cable station.

Voiced characters for two plays ('Alice in Wonderland' and 'Pinocchio') at the award winning Center for Puppetry Arts in Atlanta.

Provided voiceover for a few commercials which aired locally in Atlanta and for several films which screened at festivals around the world.

Worked on several industrials, providing voices for animated characters and various accents/dialects.

eLearning gigs include teaching English as a second language.

Additional Skills

In college, I majored in 'life' - which is to say Physics, Classical Studies (Latin & Ancient Greek), Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, Romance Languages and English before zeroing in on my eventual degree of Theatre Studies & Film. That love of learning continues today and contributes to my work as a voiceover artist for I have many colors on my palette with which to paint rich and diverse characters.

I have taught Shakespeare and stage combat to students aged 5 to 75 and understand how to make complex ideas accessible. For more than 10 years, my work as a fight choreographer, for middle school productions and professional theatres, demanded a strong, authoritative presence and a voice peppered with humor and encouragement.
