Voice Description
My most notable voiceover talent is my ability to assume different characters. This ability allows me to be useful in a variety of voiceover scenarios. When not being altered, my voice tends to be deep and can be soothing, friendly, or authoritative. My voice naturally projects, which works well for radio, narration, or commercials.
I only speak English, but due to my ability to characterize, I can assume the voices of people from various regions of America and Britain.

My Voice Experience
For years, I've had people (sometimes friends, sometimes random strangers) tell me that I needed to get into radio because of the quality of my voice and my natural inflection. Unfortunately, I did not take their advice when attending college, but studied graphic design instead. At the time, I thought being a voice actor was somewhat of an impossible dream, regardless of whether I knew I could do it.
Shortly after graduating, however, I was able to voice a character for an aquaintance of mine, an animator, for a project of his called "AMT 2." He was very pleased with the results and I again began to think about the possibility of becoming a voice actor on a regular basis. This thought has brought me to this web site where I hope to find someone willing to see what I can do.
My Training
Most of my abilities as a voice actor came from personal practice on my own part over the years. I have practiced characterizations for as long as I can remember and have also been practicing narration for quite a while.
In addition to personal training, I have also had various classes during my college career that have offered experience. I took speech class for two semesters, which helped me with my delivery, but also learned some of the various aspects of radio through my copywriting class.

Additional Skills
I enjoy injecting humor into my work, but can play a serious part if necessary. When it comes to characterizations, I put my entire self into the character, imagining myself as them, which I believe transfers to the final result.
