My Training

I began recording and performing at a young age since I was raised by a ex-vaudille actor and straight man who served in the USO during the Korean War and worked with the talents of Larry Hagard and James Duranty. I studied voice and acting at California
State Univ., Northridge and earned a BA degree in Theatre Arts. After college, I spent 2 years working in regional repertory theatres in Central and Northern California (Santa Rosa Repertory Theatre, The Western Stage, The Great American Melodrama in Bakersfield). I continued my study of voice and diction with Ted Liss in Chicago, Illinois. I live in the suburbs of Chicago where I have established my own voice over and audio pulblishing business: Kingvoiceover.com

I have a lot of behind the mic experience as well as production experience. I have been in sales for 20 years and understand business , management and success principles at a high level. I am enthusiast for literature and the spoken word and take my work very seriously. Two years ago, I lost 60 pounds and maitain a disciplined lifestyle both physically and spiritually. I am passionate about leading a balanced life with God and family at the top of my list.
