Voice Description

Its not uncommon for someone to tell me I have a "sexy" or "beautiful" voice. I guess as they say, beauty is in the eye (or ear) of the beholder. I have recorded everything from hard-sell screaming monster truck copy to the laid back historical audio tour sound. I've been the announcer who simply says "Member FDIC" and I've been the guy next door in a fun, lighthearted situation. I have also been recorded as an authority figure for custom business presentations and safety videos. My voice is also suited to reaching out and touching hearts and reaching into pocket books in various fundraising projects.

Overall, I guess you could say I am a pretty versatile guy with a voice that can lend itself to almost any situation or style.

My Voice Experience

Kevin Charles' voice has been heard on countless commercials as well as in dozens of training and fundraising videos, and in the English versions of your favorite Anime titles. You may have heard him while waiting on hold, pumping gas or buying groceries.

Kevin is heard in the cockpit of several Cessna Aircraft models. He has also done projects for the City of Houston, Weatherford Tools, The Texas Trophy Hunters Association, Nacogdoches Chamber of Commerce, First Colony Church of Christ in Sugar Land, and he provides the voice for Commander Lux in the soon to be released animated feature "The Last Flight of the Champion"

Throughout his 30-plus years in broadcasting, he has been heard playing the oldies on 94.5 KLDE, Classic Hits on 107.5 the Eagle in Houston, and light rock on KLite 93.7 FM in Houston. He's also delivered news and traffic on KSEV, KPRC, KIKK AM&FM, KQUE, KNTH, KHJZ, as well as stations in St. Louis, Chicago and Omaha.
