Kevan Seal has over 26 years of experience in Broadcasting & Advertising as Morning Show Host, Radio Personality, Voiceover Talent, Producer, Announcer, Creative Writer and Business Owner.

Formerly a Morning Show Host and Radio Personality on various formats including Country, Top 40, Adult Contemporary, Active Rock, Classic Rock stations. Most recently heard Hosting "The Wake-Up Service With Kevan Seal" and Program Director for Clear Channel radio before opening Big City Voiceworks.

Kevan grew up in a home filled with music, theatre and radio/television in his blood. A second generation radio talent, Kevan’s Father was on air in radio during the birth of Rock and Roll in Philadelphia in 1958, was on the Armed Forces Radio Network during Viet-Nam. Eventually his Father was on air in Denver, Houston and worked on camera in television for some time.

Kevan would listen to his Father spin yarns about the beauty and art of broadcasting and Voiceovers. He would have Kevan read aloud from encyclopedias for diction and enunciation exercises and mentor Kevan in everyway. Kevan was cast in lead musical rolls in Junior High School drama department productions, had years of vocal instruction, was a member of the Gifted and Talented Drama program into High School. Than, at the age of 17, Kevan would land his 1st job on air.

It has been a fun and fascinating journey that would take him from small market radio to on air in major markets like; Philadelphia's B-101.1FM WBEB, then WYXR Star 104.5, to New York City for WPLJ (Capital Cities/ABC Radio Networks), Then back to Tulsa to run radio stations and fill his roll intially as Creative Services Director for a 6 station cluster before being promoted to Program Director for almost 6 years.

You can say Kevan has had ALOT of experience in truly professional voiceovers, has mentored and coached AND learned from many talents over the years. Kevan has spent years mentored under such major radio names as Scott Shannon, Chuck Knight, Jim Ryan and voice coached by Creative Directors Gene Wooten at WPLJ and Dave Kaye at WYXR. Kevan has worked as Creative Services Director for major radio companies developing compelling sweepers, promos and all other aspects of radio imaging. However, voicing these mediums has been his passion.

Most recently, Kevan had the priviledge to have been "hand-picked" by Coach Kenneth Carter to put his auto-biography "Coach Carter" into audiobook form. This is the famed basketball coach in which the film "Coach Carter" (2005 Paramount Pictures/MTV films) starring Samuel L. Jackson, was about.
