Voice Description

Getting straight to it, my strongest voice is my growlingly deep voice that I use for villains and leaders of good or evil. My speaking voice is that of a young adult male of African descent and is moderately deep and clear. This voice suits a number of different voice needs from promos to video games to commercials. I am able to speak in the suave smooth tones of a late night radio host or in an authoritive God-like voice. Though I have a deeper voice I am adaptable to speaking in a higher vocal register, but to be completely honest, my lower voices are my strongest.

My Voice Experience

I am just seriously entering into this line of work. I'm new to this and I know that that bit of info may work against me, but I am determined to learn more and grow in the craft of voice work. The only experience I have is several years of doing narrations at my church for plays and skits. I've been a puppetteer for a couple of years now doing two roles. And the only other experience I have is years of imitating some of my favorite cartoon and television characters for friends and family.

My Training

I sang in in my High School Chorus for three years, church choir for 2 years, and a small ensemble for three years. I took part in the One Way Street Puppeteering Seminar where I learned Puppetry.
