I can do anything with my voice. I can be anyone. I've done regular reads (straight) and I've done documentary voice overs, I can sing like Betty Boop, Madonna,Marylin Monroe, Shakira and pick up new ones all the time from the raido. I can speak like a child or talk as sexy and deep. I do impersonations , it's just something I've always done. I enjoy characters, people..etc.. and even people I know. I have a natural knack at it. I can do any accent, it's easy.

My Voice Experience

The people I worked with in Denver Co, " Critical Mass Media " (The Morning Sidekick) said that I " fell off the turnip truck".. I've always wanted to work with Rick Dees or something.. I called a radio station one day in the voice of Cyndi Lauper, I requested one of her songs ..they really loved it and I begged for a job..and they gave me Jesse and Keiths number for Critial Mass. We had years of laughs together. I have done national reads (McDonalds)., I have done documentary voice over , and for The Morning Sidekick, many years of impersonations and skit work. They let me help with the writing. I spent around four years in Denver as "THE VOICE".. and loved it. I auditioned for a cartoon and then I had to move back to Oklahoma.. and the work.. died slowly. I did some random things , some singing for a major Hockey team, and did one thing for an amusement park show. However, I am now in L.A. and I am going after my dream. I hope you enjoyed this and I hope.. you make a bet on me.

My Training

I grew up in a singing family. We were all performers in our own way. My grandmother being somewhat delusional helped, she had this made up accent , kind of like Madonna.. and so it helped me speak "properly".. but I lived in Oklahoma..so I can "bring it" like Joy from "My Name is Earl" too.
I did go to a voice over school and paid hundreds of dollars to learn how to sit on a stool. I can sit on one real good.
I did get a very expensive demo tape.. which I never had to use. I just went to work ..and made my own way. My demo is from 16 years of work.

Additional Skills

I worked at a place that no longer exsists it was called
Molly Murphys House of Fine Repute, in Oklahoma City.
It was somewhat an improve kind of restaurant. We had to dress in character and BE that character no matter what. That was the number one rule " never break character"
We had one of the Three Musketeers working as a waiter,his table left without paying, however they left behind thier hotel key.He knew where to find them, he walked in his costume to the hotel, never breaking character,knocked on the door and went inside. The guy was passed out, so he had a chat with the girlfriend (in character) He made out with the girl,got the money out of the guys wallet and left.I grew up in this.
I learned every bad thing I ever knew how to do , from those people. It was wonderful.
We did a series of television spots. I was used in several of my characters on camera .I was Mom, a gypsie,
a little girl (lollie gaggin') , Minnie Mouse and myself.
Also in Denver I was a part of "Childrens Story Book Theater" we were slightly improv/ script /characters that performed for children.
