I can do a Russian-American type of accent, as well as British and southern.

My Voice Experience
Most of my experience has come as a public speaker and singer. I've been singing in my church now for about 27 years, starting as a young child. I've sang in front of audiences with as many as 5,000 people, and given many speeches with as many as 500 people present.
I did voice overs for a company where I was actually a web developer. I was selected to do a voice over on Sun Microsystems i-planet project. It was a demonstration of how their product operated.
My Training
I've had many voice lessons over the years for singing. I had never planned on becoming a professional necessarily, but each voice lesson has paid of in learing proper breathing techniques as well as knowing when to highlight key phrases and/or words in a song to increase the dramatization of the words being sang. In this manner they really come to life!

Additional Skills
I've simply over the years had many, many, many people tell me that I have missed my calling and that I should be on radio. I've done company announcements over the office loud speaker to doing voice overs for demonstration purposes, to do doing voice overs for games.
