My Voice Experience

I have over 20 years of experience. My voice talent work includes various television commercials and documentary voice-overs, radio commercials, jingles and psa''s. my voice is used by banks and insurance companies for messages on hold, voice mail greetings, voicemail messages, and more. I also sing demo's for songwriters, and work independently and currently with five different radio stations in Eastern Ky. Reigning from Minnesota, and living in KY, I have a "no boundaries" accent, and can get you quick turnaround time on your projects.

My Training

4 Year Mass Communication Degree in Broadcasting-Bemidji State University, Bemidji, MN.
I began as a voice over and on-air talent for Public Television, and then through the years, used my voice for various live functions, as a host of events, remote broadcast announcer, even a sports runner for WCCO back in 1986...I have my own album posted on www.cdbaby.com (kelly cordes, my maiden name) as I toured the United States and Canada for a time as a lead singer for a band called Bear Creek, opening for Major country music acts of the day. I now sing song demos, have taught piano and voice lessons, and enjoy the variety of voice jobs that keep me hopping, including working as a production and programming director of 5 different radio stations, located throughout eastern KY.
