My Voice Experience

From hearing my voice in the sky to hearing it online and on TV & radio, my voice has global appeal! The following is just a partial listing of clients I've worked for: Asiana Airlines (12+ years & ongoing), First 5LA (radio & TV psa's), Realty Data Trust (online), Vein Centers of America (online), Casa di Napoli Restaurant, Caesar's Palace, contributor to a books-on-tape project and various pharamaceutical spots. In short...my range is varied and can cover many types of venues.

My Training

Years ago, while working for a major pharmaceutical firm as a writer, I used to write A-V materials AND supervise the recording sessions. I knew then that someday I would be the person behind the mic! Fast forward several years and with voice training behind me, I sought out an agent and was immediately picked up by the Berzon Talent Agency in Costa Mesa, CA. We worked together since 2000, and when they closed as of January of 2009, I've continued my association with one of their partners who has formed his own agency, Character Talent & Associates. Additionally, I work independently from the agency and can do so for you!

My Studio Equipment

In my in-home studio, I use the Audacity recording system with a high quality Sony mic, and I also have easy access to a more formal recording studios in my area when more in-depth material needs to be recorded.

Additional Skills

I can bring many years of experience in the communications field to my voice work. As a professional writer involved in marketing & advertising, I know, first-hand, what sells and how copy should be written AND read! This experience was in the corporate arena and freelance. In addition, I've had a teaching background that includes teaching at the el ed & junior college levels. This adds to my in-depth understanding of any training spots.
My degrees: BA-French; Teaching Credentials, graduate training in journalism & graphic design. I have lots to offer and look forward to working with you!
