In my training so far, I have been told that I have a mainstream "dad' voice, but not the doofus dad -- the dad you can trust, the dad that is actually a parent.

My voice sounds natural and confident, competent in the board room and laid back and friendly while talking to neighbors. I can sound authoritative when I need to be, and playful and fun with the kids and family.

I have a wide range with my voice, and can handle just about everything from dramatic to comedic, quiet to fast-paced.

My Voice Experience

I am brand new to voice over, but already have a large project narrating a technical tutorial for a web site content management system.

My Training

I earned a BFA - Acting from Florida State University, and an MFA - Acting from Brooklyn College, under the guidance of F. Murray Abraham. My acting resume is available upon request.

I have also completed The Groundlings training program through Level 3 - Writing, and have been working with voice over coach Nancy Wolfson for the past four months.

My Studio Equipment

I have easy access to top recording studios in Los Angeles. At home, I am using an AKG mic with an M-Audio pre-amp.

Additional Skills

I am a senior level executive (VP) with a major entertainment company, and have been on the corporate side for the past 10 years, so I understand business and board room settings. I manage a very large production team that includes software engineers and technology developers, so I have a very good working knowledge of most things technical. I am also a published game designer with products in the mass market and major chain stores, so I understand the marketing and sales side of the retail industry.
