Currently, I have a B.A. in Sociology from Huston-Tillotson Univeristy. This degree is beneficial to my voiceover career in that it helps me to understand people from different segments of society in order to be a more effective communicator. I recieved a minor in Biology which gives me the skills to understand scientific material and terminology when it comes to reading and explaining things that are technical.
In 2000 and 2002, I attended Lainie Frazier's voice acting class and recieved a certificate for excellence in radio voiceovers.
In 2003, I attended a workshop called "Using Your Voice For All It's Worth" conducted by Marrilee Shoplee at the University Of Texas at Austin this workshop delt with the many creative ways you can use your voice to its maximum potential.
