My Voice Experience

While pursuing a very successful career in print journalism—starting as a sportswriter, before moving into magazine ownership and writing nationally acclaimed books—I have always kept one foot in the audio realm. This has included working as a television sports announcer and hosting a syndicated radio feature, "The Legends of College Football." You might have heard my voice on ESPN's SportsCentury, CBS Sports' documentary, "The Bear: The Legend of Coach Paul Bryant," or the recent HBO film, "Breaking the Huddle." In the last year, I have narrated a 90-minute political documentary, "Crashing Party," and served as the voice of several commercial projects, including a film for a new golf course in suburban Atlanta.
