My Voice Experience

I have recorded in the Telecom field for over 20 years on Automated Voice Messaging Systems, IVR systems, Auto Attendants for major corporations and Universities such as Haliburton, Booz Allen Hamilton, American Airlines, University of Oklahoma, Southwestern Bell, Cellular One, Fina, State of Texas, to name a few.

My Training

I was with the company that invented Voice Mail, Octel Communications. With that company I was trained on voice, and dealt with our systems, and recording greetings. I worked on the original technology for Integrated Voice Response by doing hours of research work recording words and phrases to train the systems on different dialects.
