Came to America from England six years ago having worked for ten years in various aspects of film T.V and commercial in Europe attended Film School here - Van Mar Academy - and was cast in an 'infomercial' and advised to go into 'voice over work. Trained with David Lawrence, Cheryllnn Carter and Chris M. Allport.
My Training
Educated in an "up market" English convent where I studied voice with a member of Donald Woolfit's Shakesperean Company.Went on after High School to train as a Registered Nurse and Midwife (family pressure!)then married and had six children. Ran a puppet theatre company during the next period developing various voices. Change in circumstances took me to Drama Training in The East End of London then ten years of varied work in London and Europe.Got my British Equity doing Children's Parties in the East End using Masks and ' Voices." Worked with the London Shakespeare Company visiting schools and prisons. Have been trained by the society " Reading for the Blind and Dyslexic " to record text books for them. Sing regularly in a choir and
do 'readings for services.

I have trained midwives -giving lectures - and worked as a district midwife, also worked in Orthopedic theaters as a 'scrub nurse'. I have also worked a lot with children and empathize with them. I bred Labradors for a period and have lived much of my life in small villages in England.
