My Voice Experience
Working as a telephone receptionist you have only your vouce to express yourself. Whether taking the role as a flirty office assistant, a caring and sensitive listener at a rehab centre, or a serious complaints handler in a formal office.
Taking the wrong tone with a customer will lead to death threats in some of the jobs I have worked! On the other hand, a friendly and flirty tone has unintentionally got me a few date offers too.
My Training
Experience working as a receptionist. Voice training for dealing with abusive clients. Voice training for tele-sales work.
Have had private singing/breathing lessons to strengthen and develop voice.
