Katie Morris has spent her entire professional career in the performing arts , as a performer and teacher.
She was discovered as a voice talent in 1990, by a Philadelphia advertising agency who immediately hired her to do commercials for major companies such as the Philadelphia Electric Company and the Pennsylvania Lottery.
Katie Morris studied acting at the Hartke Theatre Conservatory at Catholic University in Washington DC,
holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and is a former professional dancer with the Pa. Ballet company. She has worked with many drama departments over the years, as well as teaching at all levels from children to young adults at various institutions including the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University, Bryn Mawr, Swathmore and Cabrini Colleges,the Rock School of the Pa. Ballet and many others.
She is a graduate of the Voices for All program in Albany New York.
