A radio broadcast professional for 25 years, I have worked it all, from humping the hits to award-winning news director. Starting in the Pacific Northwest, I now am based in Anchorage, Alaska. I have experience working many formats, country, easy listening, rock, AC, and news/talk. Be it a serious news story, friendly commercial read, or character acting for bits, I can nail it.
I have done phone freelance voice work for stations in Fairbanks, AK and Denver, CO. And as an established news anchor in Alaska's largest city, I have gained a reputation for having one of the smoothest deliveries in the state.
I have been infected with the Radio Virus my entire life. I learned the basics at Clover Park Vocational Technical Institute in 1986, and have been working in a variety of formats ever since.
I own my own recording and editing equipment, and am adept at utilizing both to the fullest extent.
As a news director, I have an excellent grasp of the English language, written and spoken, and can edit, write and enhance copy when needed.
