My Voice Experience

My most recent clients have included UNICEF, The New York Times, Newsweek on Air, Kenmore, Yahoo and South African Tourism.

I've also narrated various documentary projects on topics including autism, healthcare reform and alternative energy.

Prior to pursuing voice over full time, I worked as a News Announcer with New York Times Radio, writing and presenting hourly newscasts. I also contributed to the popular Front Page and Science Times podcasts.

Since 1996, I've worked in both public and commercial broadcasting as a reporter and news host, headline newscaster and promotional voice, even host of my own Sunday morning public affairs program.

I've worked with many respectable broadcasting outfits - from National Public Radio affiliates - (as a voice talent for various promos and transitional audio elements for New York Public Radio WNYC as well as the hourly newscasts) to CBS Radio affiliates including WLTE-FM in Minneapolis. From Pacifica Radio to Newsweek On Air.

My Training

I completed my BA in Journalism at the University of Minnesota - while working as a freelance broadcaster and voice talent in the news media, corporate and non-profit world.

I eventually went on to Washington DC and today live in New York City, where I have trained with voice coach Marla Kirban.

My Studio Equipment

I record in professional studios in Manhattan and Brooklyn and always deliver a recording of the highest audio quality.
