As an voice and stage actress, singer and voice teacher for many years, I'm adept at various vocal techniques. I did my first voice overs in the '80s (Disneyworld) then pursued other interests, and returned to voice-overs in 2008.

My voice has been described as versatile, comedic, perky, energetic, honest, conversational, eccentric and warm. Standard American Diction. I've been the calm, welcoming voice, the instructional voice, and the informational voice for PSAs. I am perfect for the Mom-next-door, the sexy, seductive voice for luxury product commercials,or the friendly, trustworthy voice for presentations, industrial films, etc.
I also have the no-nonsense, business-only, bossy, in-control voice.

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects

I speak French [with an American accent! :) ], can add a French accent to English, and can throw in accurately-pronounced French words and phrases in voice-overs for an American audience. My characters and accents also include a "Russian Diva", "Long Island" or generic New Yorker, Southern U.S.redneck, Loud Brassy chorus girl, or sweet Fairytale Princess.

My Voice Experience

My most recent projects include "Saturna Investments", "Senior Housing Authority" in Seattle, WA, "MoneyTree" in Colorado, and an instructional video for an improved tool for dental surgery. Also, I recently recorded a series of "vehicle walk-arounds" for car dealers. In that project, I recorded promos for Dodge,Chrysler, Jeep and Hyundai. As an actress, singer, vocal instructor and coach, I've had the opportunity to use my vocal talents in a myriad of ways. I've portrayed the brassy "Sally Bowles" character in CABARET, the shrewish mother in both FORUM and ONCE UPON A MATTRESS, "Maria" in Shakespeare's TWELFTH NIGHT and everything in between. My first voice-over was for a milk company for their new ad campaign (1979). I later was the very first welcoming voice of the Disneyworld PeopleMover (the monorail) and the first instructional voice for Epcot Center's "Under The Sea" exhibit. I then delayed seeking voiceovers in favor of my theatre and musical pursuits, and returned to voice-overs in 2008.
Recently, I've done PSAs for radio stations, have been in TV commercials, independent films, and shot a TV pilot.
