  I answered a switchboard for many years. Everyone mentioned what a great voice I had, and I enjoyed doing it. I also used to take official law enforcement reports over the phone and they also would compliment me about my voice. This is all new to me. I have never done anything like this and do not have any training, but I am willing to learn. I have answered and spoke over the phone for many years doing different jobs.
