My Voice Experience

Primary experience is in conducting live presentations and web conferences. Over a decade of experience in phone-based and in-person customer service.

Recording experience includes vocal performance for VistaPrin, Neoscape and phone greetings for businesses. Also chosen to work for two years reading stories to school children.

My Training

Over a decade of phone-based and in-person customer service experience. Callers often commented that they could hear the smile in Katherine's voice.

Masters degree in Business Administration with specific coursework and significant experience delivering live presentations.

Musical experience includes studies in classical vocal performance (three years of intensive study,) as well as instrumental studies in bass guitar and fiddle.

Undergraduate degree in French, including year-long immersion program in Paris. Extremely proficient in European French, and able to perform a convincing Parisian accent.

Currently working with Aberrant Sound as Business Manager, working with talent to prepare them for their studio experience and market the studio to artists.
