Voice Description
My voice has been described by voice coach Lisa Foster as "smooth, rich and mellow, with great acting instincts".
She recommended me to her Master Voice-Over class, which was by invitation only.
My greatest strengths are spontaneity, versatility, and my natural knack for comedy.
My demo showcases my ability to read with a sweet, child-like character voice for my Disneyworld "clip", then switch to low and sultry for my commercial ad for L'Oreal Hair Products. I can also transition to a more matter-of-fact, informative style for narrations or educational works.
My natural speaking voice is contralto--lower register and distinct. I have a two-octave singing range, which enables me to work convincingly in both upper and lower registers when speaking.
Lastly, it helps to be somewhat of a ham when it comes to
theatrical productions. I love to perform, and laugh, and I gain great pleasure from making others laugh, too!

Accents, Impersonations, Characters and Dialects
I can do upper-class British, a la "Keeping Up Appearances" or "Upstairs, Downstairs/Masterpiece Theatre".
I can pronounce Spanish words convincingly, as I've taken
Spanish in college. I can't always translate what I'm reading, but I was tops in my class for pronunciation.
I'm able to tap into my upper register for a thinner, more childlike character sound that would resemble a female Disney character like "Belle" from "Beauty and The Beast" or Jasmine from "Aladdin".
My favorite, however, is the dusky, American "femme fatale". I love playing the "vamp"!
My Voice Experience
" A Voice-over Natural".
Although I'm new to the industry, I feel like I've been "practicing" for voice-over work all of my life.
I've always been told I have a good voice, and I love utilizing it in theater, vocal performance, and everyday conversation.
I was chosen recently by Lisa Foster, a voice-over coach with "Such a Voice", to attend a special Master training course, which was by invitation only.
I was flattered to learn she's selected me as one of the two top voices in the class. She feels I have "great potential" and deep down, I think she could be right.
I'm naturally enthusiastic, and in all facets of my life,
it shows.
I'm ready to lend my enthusiasm and voice-over instincts to your next project---I hope to hear from you soon!
