I can tell a story, painting a picture with my words, or give a convincing thought through a short spot. My "non-professional" voice over career started the moment I learned how to speak.

My Training

My interest in becoming a voice professional, using my voice as a tool, has led me through Columbia Academy (Vancouver) where I graduated with my Broadcasting Diploma. I spent 5 years doing all kinds of voices for in house commercials (comical, serious, relaxed). Every day was a lesson in voice work with constructive criticism and guidance given among professional co-workers.
I am also extremely driven by music and have been singing all my life, taking voice lessons and competing in school choir/band competitions and musicals from grade 1 through grade 12.
I have music/media production experience with writing, copywriting, editing and presentation.
As well, my 5 years working on air in Vancouver radio has given me valuable experience and improvement with voice over work, on-hold messaging and singing jingles.
