My Voice Experience

I presently provide voiceover recordings for several clients that I have maintained for over twelve years as an professional voice over talent. I maintain a customized phone banking system with over 150 clients where new ones are added monthly. I maintain a several telephone banking systems. I also maintain several companies' phone routing and voicemail systems. I have recently developed a relationship with the owner of an on hold marketing service and offer all of his clients a female voice talent. I have recorded many commercials for radio and TV for advertising studios. I have worked for a PBS Broadcasting Station in IL while attending college and provided on-air continuity voiceovers and underwriting recordings for the station. I have also worked as an on-air disc jockey for several radio stations while attending college and scripted and voiced many, many commercials. I currently live in NE and have my own studio which affords me the freedom to do what I love - record.

My Training

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communications - Radio and TV Broadcasting from Southern IL University. It was a wonderful experience. The university owns a Public Broadcasting Station. I was a disc jockey on several radio stations during my studies. After college, I worked at a top 10 Detroit radio station, had a bad experience with a stalker and switched careers to customer service. I began recording as part of my salaried position when my company implemented a Voice Response Unit. I quit working outside the home when we had our first child. The company I left asked me to continue recording as an independently contracted voice talent. I've been doing just that and have added many clients ever since.

My Studio Equipment

I use Sound Forge which allows me to record in many desired formats. I use a Gina3G amp, Sure studio quality microphone and have a soundproofed studio. My quality is superb.

Additional Skills

I take pride in what I do and do it with a spirit of excellence. If you are not completely satisfied, my job is not done. I provide fast turnaround because I know that I may be just one of many facets to your project. My voice over rates are in line with industry standards.
