Karen can also perform Received Pronunciation (BBC) British, Cockney, Irish, and Scottish.

Karen has developed a number of accents and dialects and the odd stable of characters to go with the stories she performs.

She is skilled at performing the many characters that can be found amongst the pages of children's literature such as Horton the Elephant, Mayzie the Lazy Bird, Miss Spider and Maniac Magee, to name a few.

Karen has dubbed the voice of the computer on the Civil Station in a sci-fi video game; played a featured role, as the Mayor, in another video game, and she recently portrayed the voice of Space Commander Lilith Weiss for MeltingRadio.com.

Karen continues to record stories for "Bedtime Stories Collection," and to date, has recorded over 20 stories for the iPhone/iPad app.

Karen is heard on business voice-mail messages and IVR phone prompts, and her voice has also appeared in outgoing paging messages. Just recently, Karen was hired to voice the phone messaging system for ScoNet, Inc.

Karen has lent her voice to business presentations for RMH Healthcare and Premier Health Chiropractic Clinic; and for online commercials for Rucker Johns Restaurant, Central Oregon Audiology, Kitchen Solutions, Columbia Dental and, most recently, Hawaiian Legacy Hardwood.

Recently she wrapped a feature film, "Inherited Insanity" and a documentary entitled "Becoming Henry" which, Karen understands, has generated some buzz @ Sundance this year.
