My Voice Experience

I am just starting out in voice over work. I have been working in a call center environment and have been told several times that callers thought I was a new recording, that I have a great voice and have even been offered voice over work before. I did have one caller thing they had reached a 900 number-so I quickly learned to watch my voice. Managers at call centers tend to say that I have good pace and tone. My current job, I leave 150 voicemail messages a day, and get callbacks where people tell me I sound like a recording.

My Training

I have my bachelors degree in Social Psychology, and have some course work in Business management. I have been working in the network marketing industry and have done audios and videos with other people before.

My Studio Equipment

I have a headset and a computer. I have a quiet room with echo buffering cloth hanging up. I would be willing to learn what I need to do to further beef up my recording equipment.

Additional Skills

I have been doing customer service and sales for a company that sells VOIP and phone systems. I know how they work, and would be able to easily record messages for those systems.
