Voice Description
My voice ranges from a low and hypnotic style for adult work to friendly and articulate for industrials or commercials. I can sound relaxed and casual or precise and mannered, and have often been told that I seem European in the accentlessness of my speech. I can also have an ironic tone.

My Voice Experience
My first real experience in pure voice work was on the podcast radio drama _Second Shift_, where I played a character in an alternate universe where folks sound kind of like the Centauri in _Babylon 5_ (that is, vaguely Eastern European). I had previously done stage acting work, and am currently volunteering for the organization Reading for the Blind and Dyslexic.
My Training
I have a BA in Theatre Arts from Drew University, where I studied speech and voice for actors as well as taking voice training for singers.
I also have an MFA in creative writing, which involves more aloud reading than one might imagine.
Since I was a child I have performed in choirs, as a solo singer, and as an actor and director. I have had a side interest in voice over work ever since my little cousin and I started recording programs for an imaginary radio station when I was ten years old.
