My Voice Experience

I like being placed on hold by anyone because when they get back on the phone, I sound like an operator (if you'd like to make a call...) IT never fails... There is a silence where they look down at their phone to see if I really hung up. Everytime!

I have always been in customer service because I have a way of calming people down who are upset because of my smooth voice.
