I have been told many times I would make a perfect radio announcer and my deep, resonant voice fits this well. I have a strong professional style that works well for narrations and training/business presentations. I can also be smooth and sexy, or fun and casual for more lighthearted narrations and commercials. I have a vibrant bass that can be wicked and mischievous (with an evil laugh to match) or strong and heroic. I have also had a lot of fun mimicking infomercial hosts.

My Voice Experience

Most recently I have become affiliated with a recording studio by narrating their website and providing other services as requested. In turn, they are my go-to studio for all of my work that doesn't have a studio already designated. My other activities have included a promotional video for the North Dakota State Fair, and commercials for Illinois State University.

My Training

I have a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts with a dual emphasis on Theatre and Speech; I also have a Master's degree in Theatre. I have taught college level courses in theatre, speech, interpersonal communication, humanities, and oral interpretation for over 6 years. I have studied with professors who have worked in the industry for many years, and am currently working with a coach who manages several voice over talents. I have acted in many productions and am also a director.
