ENGLISH
Julio Neira began his career in the entertainment industry at a very early age in Colombia where he appeared in Lorca’s “Doña Rosita la Soltera o El Lenguaje de las Flores” where he won best actor at El Cid Festival. He then moved to Miami and studied at Miami Beach Performing Arts High School where he won Best Actor in the District of Miami at Florida International University Performing Arts Center, he continued his studies in New York City where he attended "The School for Film and Television" and "NYU conservatory". His On and Off Broadway and Regional credits in New York include: “Spinning Into Butter”, “One Nation Under__?”, “King Lear”, “Romeo and Juliet” and “Stye of the Eye”. Neira just finished shooting the films “Seduction” and “Transporters”, other credits include “Las Caras de la Moneda”, “Why?” and “The Filmmaker”, he can also be seen in the hit T.V. show “Law & Order, SVU”, “Jonny Zero” and “Curb your Enthusiasm”. He can also be seen and his voice heard on television, radio and the internet in a variety of world known commercial spots in Spanish and English for Olive Garden, ESPN Fantasy Football, Mc Donald's, Verizon, Hess Gas Staions, American Airlines and many more. Julio Neira empezo su carrera artística en Colombia a muy temprana edad donde tuvo el honor de participar en la producción teatral de “Doña Rosita la Soltera o El Lenguaje de las Flores” escrita por Lorca, en esta ocasion gano el premio a mejor actor en el Festival El Cid. Luego se mudo a Miami donde estudio en “Miami Beach Performing Arts High School” donde fue reconocido como el mejor actor en el Distrito de Miami en La Universidad Internacional de la Florida. Se graduó y continuo sus estudios en Nueva York en "The School for Film and Television" y "NYU conservatory". Sus créditos de teatro en Nueva York incluyen: “Spinning Into Butter”, “One Nation Under__?”, “King Lear”, “Romeo and Juliet” y “Stye of the Eye”. Neira acaba de terminar grabación en las películas “Seduction” y "Transporters”, otros de sus proyectos incluyen “Las Caras de la Moneda”, “Why?”, “The Filmmaker” y “Law & Order, SVU”.
