My Voice Experience
My experience consists of being the "voice" of hundreds of telephone systems in Toronto & GTA.
As a programmer/trainer of telephone systems-I found that not very many people were comfortable with their voice...especially not on the office telephone system. So, I have become "the voice" for various companies.
My role of programmer/trainer began in 1997 and continues to this day for a variety clients. I currently continue to "do" the voice overs and have recently been asked to do commercial radio.
My Training
I have no formal voice training or acting experience.
I have a long list of experience for telecom/call centre/voice mail etc. And continue to work in this area.
I am certified/trained on many different telephone equipment specifically, 3com, Nortel Networks, Allworx, Fireworx spanning legacy & new VoIP technologies.
I am able to convert many to many different formats including .wav to .gsm for asterisk based telephone systems.

Additional Skills
I possess a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology work full time in telecom in a senior management position and have recently completed Telecommunications Management Certificate Program at Ryerson University.
I have found myself writing scripts for clients who are unfamiliar with call flow techniques, greetings, information flow, and other ways to improve the "message" based on need and hardware/software limitations.
I am very familiar with the need to be quick and agile in the marketplace. I am able to adapt and I have a very easy, yet focussed personality.
