I can sound like a fairy godmother, a little girl, Cruella DeVille, Baby Roo, a muppet, a witch, a mother, a "friend", an authority figure, a corporate executive and a Shakespearean character.

My Voice Experience

I recently retired from a senior management position with the US Department of Justice after 32 years of Federal service.

Since that time, I have been getting back to my former "life" as an actress, and have had a variety of lead, principal and background roles in films, TV pilots, commercials and industrials. (I should mention that I received my BA in Acting from the University of Maryland in 1968--at which time I had myriad lead and principal roles in a variety of venues.)

During my tenure at Justice, I gained extensive on-the-job experience in training, presenting seminars, “briefing” and serving as “MC”/host for a variety of special events and ceremonies - - often involving a variety of high level government officials. I have also used a teleprompter.

In the last several months, I have taken the advice of many colleagues and am branching out into Voiceover work. I am taking lessons from Tyree Ford (Ty Ford), and working with him to record a variety of professional Voiceover demos.

My Training

I received a BA in Theatre (Acting) from the University of Maryland in 1968. I have taken a variety of presentation and briefing courses during my tenure at the Department of Justice, and I have "performed" hundreds of "scripts" in the presentation of orientation sessions, seminars, training sessions, meetings and conferences.

I have taken Voiceover lessons with Ty Ford, and have a professionally recorded Voiceover demo for distribution.
