My Voice Experience

For the past 5 years I've provided customer service over the phone. I have a strong voice comes across clear. I can put various emotions in my voice so that the listener can feel that I understand what they are going through or persuade them to do something they (such as adding to an order) that they initially didn't want to do.

My Training

This will basically be my first try act professional voice over work. Other then making my own monologue for a movie or quoting musicals I haven't had any training in the field.
