I have a wide range of vocal impressions, from warm and sexy, to authoritative and brisk. I am able to do British impressions, and have already performed for local commercials, as well as sing everything from Carly Simon to Aretha Franklin. I am well-known in the area for the "kindly African-American sister or aunt", but I can also do straight news-style performance and documentary style delivery.

My Voice Experience

My experience ranges from USA Agencies (LA and Chicago markets), Abita beer company (New Orleans and Baton Rouge), McDonald's, background clean-up vocals for Joe Cocker (live performance re-record), Louisiana Lottery, Spectrum Fitness (LA). I have recently also begun voice work for Louisiana Public Broadcasting, as well as branching into documentary work for River Parishes Tourism Commision, and the State Division of Tourism for Louisiana. I also have a background in radio WJSU--Jackson, MS: jazz format), and have a reputation of being efficient and prompt. I am also willing to provide CD demos on request.

My Training

My experience in college radio (WJSU) and eight years as a tour guide. My college credits include theatre and theatre production, mass communications, and journalism at Jackson State University, Jackson, MS.
