Even though I have a typical English voice, when talking to clients in my present employment, it is sometimes difficult not to answer with a scottish, welsh or Irish lilt.
My Voice Experience
I am due to retire in just over two years time. But feel that I need to occupy my time, and certainly will not be able to vegitate and do nothing. I have 3 grandchildren, and love reading to them, and playing games, using my imagination and theirs too. I have never been employed using my voice for a voice over etc., but feel that I have this gift to be used, also of course to earn a little for my retirement and to subsidise any frugal pension. I can drive , and indeed enjoy driving, so am mobile for employment in this type of employment.
My Training
I have 6 O levels, can touch type, and love reading . My soft skills at work as a pension call centre operator are always praised and I recently received a prize for my assistance with a client on the phone.
My Studio Equipment
I do not have access to a studio, and would be able to visit the nearest studion .
Additional Skills
I am quite a chatty person, love meeting people, and I am at my most happiest when with company and my family. I have a lively mind too.
