My Voice Experience

I have always used my voice in interesting ways, whether through joke telling and impersonations to conducting business presentations to corportate clients.

I have worked for a large department store, performing in-store announcements to customers, as well as holding positions in training and teaching where I have engaged and maintained the interest and committment of the listeners.

My Training

During my school years I played the role of Alice in Wonderland, and also performed as an extra in Grange Hill.

Whilst working for British Airways I attended a number of training courses including training and presentation skills and negotiation skills which have provided me with numerous opportunities to develop techniques and strategies to engage the listener/s.

During the counselling skills component of my degree in Psychology and Counselling, I completed a module on effective communication.

I have continued to use my voice through storytelling and teaching, where the use of drama and animation are crucial to maintain the attention of the listeners.
