My Voice Experience

While I have no prior experience of doing voice-overs, I have worked for quite some time answering phones and I always get a positive reaction from the people I speak to. They seem to feed off my voice and I feed off their reaction to it. They comment on my voice alot. I know I would be extremely good at this as I have been told that I should use my voice to my advantage.
