I work in a call centre, sometimes while making my introduction, 70% of the people reckon they were put through to a voice mail or answerphone. I sometimes would have to say " Hello are still there", and their reply would be, "Ooh my goodness, I really thought you weren't opened or I called a bit late". I have been appraised by a lot of people stating I am very bubbly and friendly.Always cheerful and smooth on the phone. I would imagine that is what distinguishes me from other telesales. In the end I get alot of customers specifically asking to be put through to me only. I have been on the phone for over 5 years, gaining the experience.I sometimes I forget, that I am not in the office while answering my personal calls from home. I am very hardworking and committed individual.
