Voice Description

Sarcastic with a smile! Earnest and trustworthy, but beyond naughty when it needs to be. Frank and well-meaning 20 something with an overtone of delilah's rumbly-soft sweetness. Perfect for the pleasant and undistracting requirements of greetings and voicemail. Dry is my middle name! Husky, earthy, poetic, magical, wordy, quick, sullen, manic...pick your poison. Accents and characters galore, including Australian, English, Irish, Northern American, Southern Gal, Chesty Old Broad, and well-meaning motherly Nag. Rapid and fast, or slow and leisurely. My Brazilian Portuguese is fluent and was learned in the streets of Sao Paulo, not a classroom of Americans. If the voice were a color it would be sunshine yellow and would smell of fresh-cut grass and newly-pledged cherry wood. If it were an ice cream flavor, it would be vanilla...the best vanilla EVER: Familiar, trustworthy, delicious every time.

My Voice Experience

I am a true professional in the field who wedged a foot in the door by wowing jaded employers with sheer natural ability and absolutley no experience. I'd be happy to send you my first voice-overs...recorded at age 8! My more recent demos are also written and produced by me, in between the hours spent over an open mic as a Lite Rock Announcer and slaving over a keyboard as the Chief Copy-Writer and Department Director for 3 radio stations in Northwest Iowa. I write, voice and produce many 30 and 60 seconds spots every day, and after years in the field, they have added up! I also compose and voice 4-part acapella jingles. Look no further for experience, professionalism, punctuality, and variety. Young years, an old soul, and a philosopher's perspective gives my characters and scripts honesty and pin-pointed direction. A MUST to convince any member of MY generation to buy. And my generation loves to buy!
