I have been in sales for 25 years. Several posoitions involved working over the phone. I worked 11 years in the wireless industry. I did sales (retail and corporate,plus did customer service for 3 years.
Within the last ten years I worked for ATT Wireless and Verizon Wireless. For three years I worked in the health insurnace business.
