My Voice Experience

In the past year I have recorded a warm and quick-paced read for a Coca-Cola television commercial, a knowledgeable and soothing read for the "Visit Florida" advertising campaign, an enthusiastic tag-line read for a Florida Gulf Coast University television commercial, and several laid-back and inviting reads for Canyon Real Estate industrials.

My Training

I studied in a classroom setting with nationally recognized voice-over talent and educator Steve Harris at the School of Visual Arts in New York City. I continued my training with Mr. Harris by graduating to personal one-on-one sessions and then recorded my voice-over reel at his studio in Manhattan. This industry was a natural fit for me as I have a BA in Acting from Ramapo College of NJ and have been a working musician and vocalist for over fifteen years. In addition, I also have a BA in Literature from Ramapo which has been of great assistance in my understanding of the English language and the power of communication.

My Studio Equipment

I currently have home-recording capabilities and can deliver takes at my convenience. I use a Behringer C-1 Condenser microphone in a soundproof environment. I have several recording programs on my Mac OS X V10 including Cubase, but find for simplicity and efficiency that Sound Booth has all the necessary components to deliver high-quality takes.

Additional Skills

I have versatile delivery capabilities and LOVE direction. The more detail I can get from the producer and client, the quicker I can deliver a spot-on take that satisfies all parties. As a working actor and v/o talent, I am more than used to the freelance industry and understand all too well the sometimes differing demands of the parties involved in the production process. As a result I am professional and punctual and will show you flexibility regarding the changing requirements for a specific project.
